Cava Esperanza was born from the union of two entrepreneurs who, inspired by their love for Chile and their passion for wine, decided to team up and work together to offer this experience to the rest of the world, always guided by a deep respect for the history and traditions of the wine industry.
Today we put all our experience and capacity at the total disposal of the development of this venture, with the certainty that what we have learned will be central to our success.
Cristián Campillay Olivares
Cristian Campillay Olivares, Technical Accountant and Business Administration Engineer, has been an entrepreneur with an outstanding career of more than 25 years. His experience covers various branches of industry and infrastructure, including retail and mining.
He has distinguished himself for his integral approach when working with his clients, offering solutions seeking the use of technology in production processes.
He has represented Chile abroad through ProChile and Corfo, strengthening trade relations between Zicosur countries and contributing to regional, national and international economic development.
He is a dedicated businessman, whose commitment and leadership in the business world is demonstrated in his role as a director, playing an active role in trade associations, serving as secretary of the Asociación Gremial de Exportadores de Bienes y Servicios Antofagasta, and as a director and founding member of the Asociación Gremial PYME Costa La Chimba. His leadership has been fundamental in the development, strengthening and growth of these organisations.
Sandra Rivera León
Chilean business professional with more than 30 years of working life, who has successfully worked in commercial, logistics, administrative and human resources areas, among others, in important national and international companies.
Over the years, she has been responsible for the leadership, development and implementation of projects, personnel management, sales and distribution management in the most varied markets of the industry. Inaddition, she has a solid experience in training and consultancy, focused on the development and support of SMEs. Her knowledge and professionalism have allowed her to be recognised as a speaker in commercial areas for important companies such as Siemens, Mapfre and Unisono (Iberdrola).
Her Humanistic training, due to her degree in Social and Legal Sciences, is accompanied by a strong and constant preparation in the most diverse areas of the commercial world. Postgraduate in Business Administration, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Chile. A woman who has also ventured into gastronomic ventures with great achievements and satisfaction, transferring her experience to other entrepreneurs who have relied on her services for the development of their own projects.
Today she puts all her experience and capacity in the undertaking of a new venture in Spain, with the certainty that what she has learnt will be fundamental for the success of the project.
